Analyzing Resource Reports

Using Excel reports or Dashboards for Accolade, Resource Planners and Project Managers can view and analyze resource allocation and usage for their teams and projects. Configured resource reports provide a standardized view of pools, resources, and projects by pulling data from Resource Editor. If saved as a template in the Accolade template library, reports configured using Accolade Office Extensions can be accessed from the Charts & Reports page. If the reports were configured for Dashboards for Accolade, the reports are available via Global Links. Resource reports are configured to include project information, resource and demand capacities, and demand summation for analysis. Resource reports are also configurable from Accolade Online Reporting.

Resource reports display the following:

• Demand per Pool
• Demand per Person
• Demand per Project
• Capacity v. Demand

Dashboards for Accolade display the following:

• Demands by Project
• Capacity v. Demand by Resource
• Availability by Pool

Viewing resources in resource reports and resource dashboards allows negative values to display, data to be filtered to relevant details, and running totals for those resources.
