Accolade Portfolio Planner Overview
The Accolade Portfolio Planner feature gives Project Managers the ability to create new scenarios or pull existing scenario data for any or all projects in a portfolio. With this feature, Project Managers can use current project data for planning purposes without affecting other users who may be working on the project.
Project Managers can see a list of all projects brought into the planner and the values of associated metric information. Project Managers can select which metrics display in the Portfolio Planner and can set the target metric and a constraint which calculates a waterline in a project list.
Project Managers can use the Portfolio Planner to prioritize and to sort the project list by desired criteria.
