To display a view, click the Planning Views panel icon in the top left corner of the page and select from the following options:

• To display the Canvas view - click the Canvas icon at the top of the views list.
• To create a new Gantt or Grid view - Click Add Gantt or Add Grid at the top of the views list.

Planners can create Grid and Gantt views and save the views as private for their own use, or as public for other Planners and users to view.

• To view an existing saved view, or change the view displayed - click the view name within the views list.

To narrow the views list, search by the view name or category.
