Configuring Download Preferences for Microsoft 365 Integration

Administrators can enable Microsoft OneDrive integration and/or MS Teams Files integration with Accolade. If enabled by an Administrator, all system users will be able to configure download preferences from the My Profile page.

To configure download preferences:

1. Access your user profile on the upper right corner of the page.

2. Select My Profile.

3. Under Document Download, choose from the following:

   • Prompt each time before downloading documents

   • Download documents locally

   • Download documents to OneDrive

   • Download documents to MS Teams if a channel is connected, otherwise locally

   • Download documents to MS Teams if a channel is connected, otherwise to OneDrive

   Note:  If the option to download to MS Teams is enabled by an Administrator, users will be able to collaborate on documents from within MS Teams channels. Accolade (smart) documents can be downloaded directly into a connected MS Teams channel for the purpose of collaborative editing.

4. Click Apply.
