Viewing Your Projects in a Gantt View

Accolade's integration with Microsoft Project includes the option to view projects to which you are assigned in a timeline using a Gantt view. If your company does not also run Accolade Innovation Planning, the following must be true to view projects in a Gantt:

  • You must be assigned the Planner user role in addition to your other user roles. The Planner role grants access to the menu necessary to access the My Projects Gantt view.
  • You must be assigned as a team member or as the Project Manager on one or more projects.
  • The default Innovation Planning class must be set to Include in Planning.

To view your projects in a Gantt view:

  1. From the Planning menu, select Planning Board.

The projects you are currently assigned to as either a team member or the Project Manager display in the Gantt timeline. If you are not a team member or a Project Manager on any projects, the Gantt displays empty.

If your company also runs Accolade Innovation Planning, create a Gantt view with the My Projects option selected to view the My Projects Gantt.

If the Planning menu is not available, contact your Accolade administrator to review your user role assignments.
