Automatically Adding Team Members as Project Resources

Accolade's Resource Planning component allows Project Managers the ability to automatically list team members, that have already been added to a project, as resources.

To enable the setting to add team as resources:

  1. From the System menu, select Process > All Models, then select a model.
  2. In the Process Definition tab, locate the section Team Project Rights, and click on the Add Team as Resources check-box. By default, this setting is off.
  3. Click on Apply.

To add team members as resources:

  1. Display a project, and select the Team tab.
  2. Select the check-box corresponding to the team members you wish to automatically add as project resources.
  3. Click on Add Team as Resources.

    Note:  Only team members that are part of a resource pool can be added as project resources.

    Your team members have been successfully added as assigned resources to your project.
