How to Submit Ideas

Accolade Ideas enables teams to share and develop innovative concepts by providing a structured way to submit and track ideas within active campaigns. Submitting ideas in Accolade is a straightforward process.

To submit ideas:

  1. Navigate to Workspace > Submit Idea.
  2. Select a campaign that matches the idea you wish to submit. Campaign details, such as goals and submission criteria, are provided.
  3. Fill out the submission form.
  4. Click Submit after reviewing all the information is correct.

Alternatively, users can access the Campaign Landing Page directly using a provided link. This link opens the campaign’s details and submission form, allowing for a seamless submission process without navigating through the Workspace.

 

Notes:   

  • Campaigns can be configured to allow non-Accolade users to submit ideas. External contributors must be part of the company network.
  • To view forms in different languages, user browser translation tools such as Google Translate. This feature is particularly helpful for multilingual teams.
  • Registered users who submit new ideas will receive a confirmation email. Campaign managers will also receive an email for each new idea submission if they have enabled email notifications.
