Defining Roles and Configuring Permissions for Accolade Ideas
Roles and permissions in Accolade Ideas are configured to grant users appropriate access to features and data based on their responsibilities. Define these settings to ensure smooth and secure operation.
To assign user permissions:

From the System menu, select Security & Groups > User Admin.

Search for the user.

Navigate to the Roles and Rights tab.

Assign Process Execution role, if desired.

Navigate to the Access Groups tab.

Under Projects, determine if the user has Access and/or Add rights.
Note: The Add right for Idea Submission also controls visibility of the Campaign Landing Page. Users with Add rights for the Default Portfolio Child Process Model (set in the Campaign’s Process Model) can view the Campaign Landing Page when the Campaign is active. Users without this right will only see the Campaign Landing Page if the Campaign is available to external users. See Granting Access Group Permissions.

Click Save to update user permissions.
