Viewing Project History

Each project contains a list of the project's history, which includes a fixed list of events that are recorded as actions are taken on the project in Accolade. Users with access to the project have access to the project history.

You can configure the Project History page to filter the displayed history, for example to display only a certain event type, and to select which columns to view and in what order. Save your setup to display each time you display the page. If viewing project history from a layout, you may not be able to save your filter settings, depending on the layout configuration.

Project history includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Gate decisions
  • Status reports
  • Project manager and/or team member changes
  • Advances to a new stage
  • Currency updates
  • Project creation, migration, and closure status

To view project history from any project page:

  1. Display the project.
  2. Click Details Page Icon in the upper right corner of the page and select View History.

To view project history from a project-specific page:

  1. Display the project and identify the page that contains the project history.

Note:  Depending on your system's configuration, this page may be the Project Home Project Home Page Icon or Project Gates Gates Page Icon page.

  1. Navigate to the pod or area with the project history link.
  2. Click View History to review past status report entries.
