Generating Accolade Portfolio Presentations
Accolade provides Process Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members the ability to generate portfolio presentations from the project action menu. These presentations are different from standard smart office documents, in that they will repeat designated slides for every selected project in a portfolio, as well as allow the use of a summary field code that will display an overview of all projects selected. To generate a portfolio presentation:
- Navigate to a portfolio project.
- Click in the upper right corner of the page and select Generate Presentation.
- In the Select Template dialog, select the portfolio template you would like to use to generate the presentation and click Continue.
- In the Select Projects dialog you can select which projects you want to include in the portfolio presentation, if any. To select projects, highlight them in the Available Projects window, and click Select, or double click the project's name. To remove a project from the selection, click the next to a selected project.
Projects can be filtered on project name, project ID, link type, or Project Manager. To be shown, a project must meet all filter criteria. To filter, enter the appropriate information into a text box, or drop-down, and the available projects will filter automatically.
- Click Done when the desired projects have been selected, and the portfolio presentation will download automatically.
