Participate In and Manage Projects Overview (Project Pages)
A project in Accolade is where information about your company's work is stored and managed. Different projects may display different information, based on the project type, and the process model the project follows. Projects contain all the deliverables, activities, and stage and gate information to complete the project following the company's defined processes and required information. A variety of users, including Project Managers, Process Managers, and Project Team Members have access to various project components to complete their work on the project, while others have access to view the progress of project.
Project information is contained in a variety of places located in a central location for each project. Depending on your role on the project, you may have access to view or edit the project information in the project pages.

Project Home
Depending on your system's configuration, the project home page may be a custom page layout titled Project Home where users on projects can view and update project history and status, project team, gate readiness, and project details.
Displays information about the project, its status, and project events, including project history. From this page, some members of the project team can also do the following:
Create a status message about the project.
In addition, the project's Home page may include currency information for the project.

Project Gates
Depending on your system's configuration, the project gates page may be a custom page layout where users can view gate details, enter gate meeting decisions, upload and edit documents relating to the meeting, and view gate-specific history. This information is displayed in pods and can be accessed by clicking the gate icon in the process graphic or page layout titled Project Gates.
Displays information about the selected gate meeting. It may contain documents relating to the meeting and a list of the gate's gatekeepers. Some members of the project team can also do the following:

Custom Pages
A project may contain one or more additional pages that a Process Designer has added to the model on which the project is based. These pages contain project-specific information that could include metrics, quick grids, charts and reports, or more. The pages may serve a number of purposes, for example, as a project dashboard, and may be unique to the project and are unique across all implementations of Accolade. Active custom pages display above existing project pages.

Stages
Displays and allows access to the deliverables and activities for each project stage. From this page, some members of the project team can also do the following:
View and update document details.
Set dates for deliverables and activities.
Assign an owner to a document.

Metrics
If available within the model, this page displays the project metrics. The assigned Project Manager and the Process Manager with Manage Process rights can enter metrics for the project on this page. Metrics may also be available for view on the project's Home, Stages, and Details pages, depending on the process model the project follows, and also in published document version.

Team
Displays the project team members, gatekeepers, and workflow action owners assigned to the project. From this page, some members of the project team can also do the following:

Related Documents
Displays the project's related documents and images that provide supporting information for the project. Members of the project team can add, view, modify, publish, and delete related documents and images from the projects. Others who have project access can view the published versions of related documents.

Related Projects
Displays projects that are linked to the current project by some kind of relationship, such as projects that must start and end at the same time, or projects that must finish before a second project can being.

Portfolio
Displays projects that are within the project's portfolio for comparison of roll up values to the target value of metrics in the project. Some members of the project team can also do the following:

Discussions
Allows members of the project team to communicate about the project through discussions.

Resources
Displays the resources currently assigned to the project. Some members of the project team, and Resource Planners can also:
Request resources for the project.
Assign resources to the project.
Resource requests and resource assignments can also be completed using the Resource Editor.

Portfolio Browser
Displays the links to projects within a portfolio. Users can view the relationships between the projects in their portfolio and create images for printing and presentation purposes.
